THREE THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT TRAINING.
If your fitness/health isn’t where you’d like it to be, here are three things worth remembering:
1. Work is required
Staying the same is easy.
Change is laborious.
There’s really no way around this.
2. Patience Is necessary
Your body is often on a delayed feedback loop.
Your efforts today may not be realized until weeks or months down the road.
There’s a lag between doing your first deadlift and getting a stronger backside.
Give yourself time to achieve the results of your hard work.
3. The compounding effect of your daily habits is powerful
Little by little, bit by bit, your daily choices inside the gym and outside of the gym add up.
These choices often compound over time.
But choose wisely.
This compounding effect can move you closer to or further away from where you want to be.
Checking these three boxes will set you up for a LOT of awesome things down the road.
