Every member has a coach. Someone to keep them on track, navigate the other 23 hours in a day and ensure they progress. Coaches help their clients navigate fitness, sleep, nutrition, mindset and anything else related to living a vital and healthy life.

Each member at Madlab follows a tailored program prescribed by their coach. Training in a group gives you the motivation to show up but doing the exercises that you need gives you the results.

At Madlab, everyone leaves their ego at the door. There’s no comparison to others, no overbearing instructors or cliques. Just a great bunch of people who encourage each other to succeed inside and outside of the facility while sharing a laugh along the way.

We always knew that people want to be pain-free, capable and healthy. We also knew how hard it can be to take the first steps towards improving your health and fitness. And all around us we saw gyms that were either too intimidating to beginners, or too random and intense for people who didn’t want to be sore 24/7.

So we created Madlab. A way of training designed for those playing the long game.

Led by coaches who are true professionals, and filled with members who love to see each other succeed.

We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture, we want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time.

Step 2:

PT First = Safety First

STARTING FOR THE LAST TIME

We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent, you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at Madlab teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

Step 3:

Your Hybrid Membership

GROUP + PT = FITNESS FOR FUN & PURPOSE

Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
