TRAINING FOR THE SPORT OF FITNESS
The Development Program at Madlab is often just referred to as D.P.
D.P. is a program tailored to those interested in pursuing fitness as more than an outlet. It's for anyone who wants fitness to be their sport.
A solid base and an understanding of your body is needed to get the most out of this program, and it is typical for members to train for two to three years in Madlabs Group Training classes before joining D.P.
With a bias towards olympic weightlifting and high-skill gymnastics, D.P. is designed for those seeking the upper echelon of fitness.
D.P. is run and programmed by Madlab's Head Coach and Director, Coach Tom Sarosi

Our Senior Strength program is a strength and conditioning program for active older adults looking to increase strength, muscle tone and endurance.
Our program will combat age-related decline through resistance training, cardio, balance and coordination training.
We want to help you keep doing what you love to do for as long as possible, whether that's hiking, skiing, golfing, or playing with the grandkids.
