Our Senior Strength program is a strength and conditioning program for active older adults looking to increase strength, muscle tone and endurance.

Our program will combat age-related decline through resistance training, cardio, balance and coordination training. 

We want to help you keep doing what you love to do for as long as possible, whether that's hiking, skiing, golfing, or playing with the grandkids.

Don't wait for things to start moving downhill. If you're over 60, get on the program.

YOUR 1 ON 1 INTRO TO SENIOR STRENGTH

Come on out to our info session Wednesday, April 5th. We want to show you how we can hold you accountable and develop a plan of action to ensure you get control of your health back.

Step 2:

PT First = Safety First

START SAFE, START SLOW

We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at Madlab teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

Step 3:

Your Hybrid Membership

GROUP + PT = FITNESS FOR FUN & PURPOSE

Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
