Coaches will be given the Junior and Senior program curriculum but will be expected to complete it in a much more condensed period.
The Fast Track program is typically for travelling students looking to learn as much as possible to head back home with a plethora of knowledge.

The program's online component requires students to complete courses in Madlab’s online school that cover topics such as basic anatomy and physiology, coaching cues, and nutrition.
Students will learn basic technical skills, sales training, retention and relationship building and overall how to manage their business effectively and efficiently in a facility other than Madlab School of Fitness.

Completing the Math and Fundamentals Online Course (80% passing rate) was accessed through Madlab's online learning platform '‘Kajab'' is required for all programs, online or in person.
Program Outline
This is an ongoing mentorship program for established coaches. Students generally have 1-2 years of Madlab coaching experience, have at least ten clients in their book, and graduate from the Online Junior Apprentice 3.0 Program.
Students work directly with a Madlab Mentor Coach in the Senior Apprentice program through online meetings and forums. The mentor coach checks each student's business numbers every month and gives homework assignments. The goal is to continuously see growth in each student's book until they are ready to graduate to the Associate Coach Program. There is no timetable for how long each student will spend on this program.

Dispute resolution policy.
Madlab School of Fitness provides an opportunity for students to resolve disputes of a serious nature and grade appeals in a fair and equitable manner.
1. This policy governs complaints from students respecting Madlab School of Fitness and any aspect of its operations.
2. A student who makes or is otherwise involved in a complaint will not be subject to any form of retaliation by the institution at any time.
3. The process by which the student complaint will be handled is as follows:
1. Student complaints must be made in writing
2. This policy governs complaints from students respecting Madlab School of Fitness and any aspect of its operations. Students will not be subject to any form of retaliation as a result of filing a complaint.
3. The student must provide the written complaint to the Onsite Administrator who is responsible for making determinations in respect of complaints. If the Onsite Administrator is absent or is named in a complaint, the student must provide the complaint to the owner.
4. The process by which the student complaint will be handled is as follows:
5. When a concern arises, the student should address the concern with the individual most directly involved. If the student is not satisfied with the outcome at this level, the student should put his/her concern in writing and deliver it to the Onsite Administrator
6. The Onsite Administrator will arrange to meet with the student to discuss the concern and desired resolution as soon as possible but within ten school days of receiving the student’s written concern.
7. Following the meeting with the student, the Onsite Administrator will conduct whatever inquiries necessary to determine whether the student’s concerns are substantiated in whole or in part. Those inquiries may involve further discussion(s) with the student either individually or with appropriate personnel.
8. The necessary inquiries shall be completed, and a response provided in writing to all involved as soon as possible but no later than ten school days following the receipt of the student’s written concerns. One of the following may happen:
a. If it is determined that the student’s concerns are not substantiated, the institution will provide a written explanation of the decision and deny the
complaint; or
b. If it is determined that the student’s concerns are substantiated in whole or in part, the institution will propose a resolution.
9. The response should specify the student has ten school days to appeal the decision. A copy of the decision and all supporting materials shall be given to the student, a copy will be placed in the institution’s Student Conduct File, and the original will be placed in the student file.
10. If the student is not satisfied with the determination of the Onsite Administrator, the student must advise the Onsite Administrator as soon as possible but within ten school days of being informed of the determination.
11. The Onsite Administrator of the institution will review the matter and may meet with the student as soon as possible but within ten school days of receipt of the student’s appeal.
12. The original decision will either be confirmed or varied by the Onsite Administrator in writing within 30 days after the date on which the complaint
was made. At this point, the Institution’s Dispute Resolution Process will be considered exhausted.
13. The student making the complaint may be represented by an agent or a lawyer.
14. The written reasons will advise a student that if the student is dissatisfied with the determination, and has been misled by the institution regarding any significant aspect of that program, the student may file a complaint with the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB)
(www.privatetraininginstitutions.gov.bc.ca). Complaints must be filed with PTIB within one year of the date a student completes, is dismissed from, or withdraws from the program.]
Refund policy for all programs.
1. If Madlab School of Fitness receives tuition from the student, or a person on behalf of the student, the institution will refund the student or the person who paid on behalf of the student, the tuition that was paid in relation to the program in which the student is enrolled if:
a. the institution receives a notice of withdrawal from the student no later than seven days after the effective contract date and before the contract start date;
b. the student, or the student’s parent or legal guardian signs the student enrolment contract seven days or less before the contract start date and the institution receives a notice of withdrawal from the student between the date the student, or the student’s parent or legal guardian, signed the student enrolment contract and the contract start date; or
c. the student does not attend a work experience component and the institution does not provide all of the hours of instruction of the work experience component within 30 days of the contract end date.
2. Madlab School of Fitness will refund the tuition for the program and all related fees paid by the student or a person on behalf of the student enrolled in the program if the student is enrolled in the program without having met the admission requirements and did not misrepresent his or her knowledge or skills when applying for admission.
3. If a student does not attend any of the first 30% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term, Madlab School of Fitness may retain up to 50% of the tuition paid under the student enrolment contract unless the program is provided solely through distance education.
4. Unless the program is provided solely through distance education if Madlab School of Fitness receives a notice of withdrawal from a student:
a. more than seven days after the effective contract date and
i. at least 30 days before the contract start date, the institution may retain up to 10% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract, to a maximum of $1,000.
ii. less than 30 days before the contract start date, the institution may retain up to 20% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract, to a maximum of $1,300.
b. after the contract start date
i. and up to and including 10% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term have been provided, the institution may retain up to 30% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.
ii. and after 10% but before 30% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term have been provided, the institution may retain up to 50% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.
5. Unless the program is provided solely through distance education if Madlab School of Fitness provides a notice of dismissal to a student and the date the institution delivers the notice to the student is:
a. equal to or before 10% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term have been provided, the institution may retain up to 30% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.
b. after 10% but before 30% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term have been provided, the institution may retain up to 50% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.
6. If Madlab School of Fitness provides the program solely through distance education and the institution receives a student’s notice of withdrawal or the institution delivers a notice of dismissal to the student and:
a. the student has completed and received an evaluation of his or her performance for up to 30% of the hours of instruction to be provided during the contract term, the institution may retain up to 30% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract, or
b. the student has completed and received an evaluation of his or her performance for more than 30% but less than 50% of the program, the institution may retain up to 50% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.
7. Madlab School of Fitness will refund fees charged for course materials paid for but not received if the student provides a notice of withdrawal to the institution or the institution provides a notice of dismissal to the student.
8. Refunds required under this policy will be paid to the student or a person who paid the tuition or fees on behalf of the student, within 30 days:
a. of the date Madlab School of Fitness receives a student’s notice of withdrawal,
b. of the date Madlab School of Fitness provides a notice of dismissal to the student,
c. of the date that the registrar provides notice to Madlab School of Fitness that the institution is not complying with section 1(c) or 2 of this policy, or
d. after the first 30% of the hours of instruction if section 3 of this policy applies.
9. If an international student delivers a copy of a refusal of a study permit to Madlab School of Fitness, sections 1(a), 1(b), 4, 7, and 8 of this policy apply as if the copy of the refusal were a notice of withdrawal, unless:
a. the international student requests an additional letter of acceptance for the same program that was the subject of the refusal of a study permit,
b. or the program is provided solely through distance education.
Sexual misconduct policy.
1. Madlab School of Fitness is committed to the prevention of and appropriate response to sexual misconduct.
2. Sexual misconduct refers to a spectrum of non-consensual sexual contact and behaviour, including the following:
3. A Complaint of sexual misconduct is different than a report of sexual misconduct. A person may choose to disclose or complain of sexual misconduct without making a formal report. A report is a formal notification of an incident of sexual misconduct to someone at the institution accompanied by a request for action.
4. A student making a complaint will be provided with resolution options and, if appropriate, accommodation, and will not be required or pressured to make a Report.

7. It is contrary to this policy for an institution to retaliate, engage in reprisals or threaten to retaliate in relation to a complaint or a report.
8. Any processes undertaken pursuant to this policy will be based on the principles of administrative fairness. All parties involved will be treated
with dignity and respect.
9. All information related to a complaint or report is confidential and will not be shared without the written consent of the parties, subject to the following exceptions:
