Caron is our newest coach at Madlab. After being a client for over five years she decided to take the plunge and pursue a career in the fitness industry.

Caron became a coach so she could have a positive impact on all areas of her client's lives.

We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture, we want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time.

Step 2:

PT First = Safety First

STARTING FOR THE LAST TIME

We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at Madlab teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

Step 3:

Your Hybrid Membership

GROUP + PT = FITNESS FOR FUN & PURPOSE

Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
