At one point Ben was the youngest member at Madlab.
Having two parents who had been long-time members when he started helped show Ben the importance of healthy living at a young age.
Now, attending Langara College for human kinetics, Ben is also taking the apprentice program in-house at Madlab School of Fitness.
Ben's experience teaching karate and his commitment to his academics have made him a committed and dedicated young man. This dedication will no doubt carry into his career as a coach and will allow Ben to impact the lives of countless people over the course of his life as a coach.

We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at Madlab teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

Your Hybrid Membership
GROUP + PT = FITNESS FOR FUN & PURPOSE
Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
