Emile joined Madlab in 2011 after recovering from a life-changing back injury that sparked a passion for movement and coaching. What began as an apprenticeship grew into a 12-year career helping thousands of members move better, get stronger, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

During his time at Madlab, Emile became a Lead Instructor, developed and led the gym's mobility program, mentored coaches, and became known for creating an unforgettable experience for members. His impact on the community earned him an unmatched multiple "Dude Award" nominations and a reputation as one of Madlab's most recognizable coaches.

Today, Emile has expanded his coaching work internationally while continuing to support Madlab as its Media Manager, helping tell the stories of the coaches, members, and community that shaped his career.

His coaching philosophy remains simple: movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve our lives, and every person is capable of far more than they believe.
