Now is the time to get your body in shape for golf season.

There are two main parts to this:

1) Improving your general fitness 

-Do you regularly squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, press, move laterally and rotate? Can you handle 10k+ steps in 4-5 hours of up and down terrain without getting tired?

2) Improving your golf fitness

-There are certain positions and muscular actions that are required to efficiently swing a golf club.  Do you own all of these?  Probably not.  Even the pros don’t.  Losing distance?  Want to hit it further? Have some tweaks and tight spots you want to get rid of?

I have the answers to all these questions. 

I don’t coach your golf swing.  I do make your body better at executing it.
