Join us for a 6- week program of fun and fitness! Being a teenage girl is challenging enough without trying to navigate the world of health and fitness in a society bombarded with messages of diet culture. This 6-week program is designed to teach girls the basics of nutrition, movement and mindset in a safe learning environment with a focus on the amazing things bodies can do rather than what they look like. Designed for beginners and athletes alike, this female coach-led camp will build confidence inside and outside of the gym and empower young women to live healthy, active lives.

Each week will have a new focus or mini cycle for movement patterns, nutrition, and mindset.

Week 1:

Movement: jumping/hinging

Nutrition: understanding macros: what is a protein, carb and fat

Mindset: negations and affirmations

Week 2: 

Movement: pulling

Nutrition: the power of protein.

Mindset: Soft talk

Week 3:

Movement: pressing

Nutrition: fueling with carbs

Mindset: reflections and projections

Week 4:

Movement: carries

Nutrition: healthy fats

Mindset: gratitude

Week 5:

Movement: squat

Nutrition: hydration

Mindset: one word game

Week 6:

Movement: deadlift/hinge

Nutrition: putting it all together

Mindset: celebrating wins
