Being a teenager is challenging enough without trying to navigate the world of health and fitness in a society bombarded with messages of diet culture.
Join us for a five-day program of fun and fitness!
This one-week program is designed to teach teens the basics of nutrition, movement and mindset in a safe learning environment, focusing on the fantastic things bodies can do rather than what they look like. Designed for beginners and athletes alike, this camp will build confidence inside and outside the gym and empower young people to live healthy, active lives.
