Caroline started coaching at Madlab in 2013 after being a member for several years.
She took a break from coaching to focus on starting her family but is now back and ready to pick back up where she left off!
Caroline is back on the schedule and embedded in the Madlab community.
Caroline's experience as a professional dancer and mom helps her relate to former athletes and moms alike. A dedicated exerciser herself, Caroline is an excellent example of how playing the long game at Madlab works even through pregnancy and post pardum.

We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at Madlab teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
